Ecil is a major territory immediately south of Valysir in the Eastern Major Region that is under the control of the Valysirian Empire.

Because of the presence of their prestigious magic college, they are world-renowned for their custom and unique magic items. The college also employs over 50,000 staff members in order to operate due to its size.
