Valysir is also home to the world headquarters of the [[Silver Cloak]], a private militia company controlled by Magicorp who frequently supplant the country's shows of force.

There are dozens of crystal ball stations in the area that broadcast globally, including Schmickelodeon, a station that specializes in animations created by illusionist wizards.
