You create a brief wall of telekinetic energy that catches the incoming projectile or magical force, reducing the damage of the triggering attack against you to 0. As part of the same reaction, you immediately fling the attack back at the creature that fired it. Make a ranged spell attack against the attacker. On a hit, the target takes the attack's normal damage and effects, using your spellcasting ability modifier in place of the attack's original modifier.
