Beel Allocen
A particularly conniving and smarmy bearded devil working for the Bureau of Evil (BoE), Beel Allocen is a contract stalker whose specialty is in following those who draw the Queen of Clubs from the Deck of Many Things. Allocen has completed work for numerous employers for a variety of different purposes, including helping the Butler find the player character group in Universe-12’s Campaign: 2025 so they could be sent to the Backrooms, and helping Kyuss reconstruct himself in his titan form later in that adventure.
In the events of The Silly Campaign, Allocen is directly tied to Lizzie as her patron. When she was 17, he persuaded her to kill her father, a cultist, in order to escape his abuse and avoid being sacrificed.
His normal appearance is that of a tall, wiry demon with pointed teeth like those of a shark; black, leathery wings, red skin, a mop of long, slicked black hair, and an all-black business formal suit as sharp as the two dark, ringed horns atop his head.
