Telestone

A telestone is a piece of rock enchanted with various runes and complex spells to function as a two-way audio communication device, and functions identically to a telephone. They can place calls across the whole world, but the farther away the worse the connection quality is. To place a call, the caller must know the recipient's rune number, which is spoken out loud to the stone.
