Fillmore is a minor country in the East Feller Isles situated west of Scotchwood.
Marketplace and Trade. The fishers of Fillmore have a bitter rivalry with their neighbors to the north, Balaris. Their fishing exports are on track with, but not exceeding those of their competitors. Despite this, their farming and tavern industries are robust enough to keep the town running. Another major export of theirs is tobacco and related products.
