Legendary Resistance (5/day). If Werb fails a saving throw or ability check, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Immunity. Werb cannot be affected by any spell unless he either chooses to be or the caster is carrying a rubber ducky on their person.

Magic Weapons. Werb’s weapon attacks are counted as magical.

Unusual Nature. Werb does not require food, drink, air, or sleep.

Innate Spellcasting. Werb’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 30, +20 to hit with spell attacks). Werb can innately cast every spell in D&D, but the following are his top picks:

4th level: Banishment, Polymorph
Actions

Multiattack. Werb makes five melee or ranged attacks using a magic weapon he summons.

Slapstick Melee. Melee Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d6 + 10) bludgeoning damage plus 18 (2d6 + 10) Force damage. Werb magically produces a wacky, slapstick item, such as a frying pan, baseball bat with nails ran through it, or paper fan, and whacks a target with it. The weapon grows in size to reach targets that are further away than 5 ft. from him.

Ranged Slapstick. Ranged Spell Attack: +20 to hit, range 150 ft., one target. Hit: 30 (4d8 + 10) bludgeoning or piercing damage plus 18 (2d6 + 10) Force damage. Werb magically produces a goofy slapstick item, such as an anvil, grand piano, or safe, and lobs it at the target.

Conjure. Werb uses an action to attempt to conjure any imaginable thing. The thing that Werb conjures behaves according to the DM.
Legendary Actions

Werb can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Werb regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Attack. Werb makes a Slapstick Melee or Ranged Slapstick attack.

Teleport. Werb teleports to an unoccupied space that he can see within 30 ft. of him.

Conjure (Costs 2 Actions). Werb uses his Conjure ability.
