Editing Traveling Merchant

The traveling merchant has a random chance to visit the players to show them his wares. Other shopkeeps with the same type of inventory exist in various other places throughout the world, but the prime peddler is the traveling merchant himself. 

Each in-game day, the DM rolls a d20. On a result of 6 or less, the traveling merchant will be found by the players. His inventory is final, unless any of the players take the Haggler perk, which allows them to refresh his inventory once per long rest, thus showing them 14 new items. 

Any simple weapon, martial weapon, or armor in his shop is color-coded by rarity. These magic items have a chance to give you access to new spells via [[Custom Equipment#Item Enchantments|Item Enchantments]].
