If your size is huge or smaller, this magical belt fits to your exact physique and contains a wide, bronze buckle with five slots that can be fitted with elemental crystals of strength to increase your Strength ability score.

When you wear the belt, your Strength ability score becomes 19 if it is lower than 19. If your Strength score is already greater than or equal to the bonus granted by this item, the belt has no effect on you. Otherwise, each gem added to the belt increases your Strength ability score by 2. The Hill Gem, Frost Gem, Fire Gem, Cloud Gem, and Thunder Gem can each be added to the belt, which may be found with it or separately, granting a maximum Strength ability score of 29.

Additionally, if you are the target of any spell or magical effect that would reduce your Strength score, it instead has no effect.
